Manufacturing Associate – Product Control
Location: De Soto, Kansas
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Manufacturing Associate – Product Control to support high-volume production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll help keep operations running by ensuring accurate inventory, smooth material flow, and on-time shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support production flow by staging and delivering materials.
  • Track inventory, work orders, and production data.
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and verify materials for shipping and internal movement.
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems a plus).
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Perform repetitive tasks and visual inspections.
